My mission is to bring professional training methods to everyone who wants to build a strong, mobile, healthy and capable body. Core Motion is built for people who want more than random workouts — they want clear structure, intelligent progress and training that improves how they move, feel and perform.
Built Through Experience
I spent most of my life in competitive swimming, learning from performance, discipline, success and also from injuries. A serious lumbar disc injury forced me to rebuild my body from the foundation up. Through strength training, calisthenics, mobility, swimming, and careful self-rehabilitation, I returned stronger, faster and more resilient.
